REGISTRATION AND TICKETS

What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be accepted through 11:59pm CST, December 31st, 2026.

When is the last day to purchase Registration tickets?
Tickets will be on sale through the duration of the event.

When does Early Bird pricing end?
Early Bird pricing ends at 11:59pm CST, September 30th, 2026.

Can my children come?
Yes, children are welcome. Any child who is taking a seat must have a ticket.

Are there group tickets available?
No. Tickets must be purchased individually by the brand partner/customer.

When do I need to be registered to be recognized?
You must be registered by December 31st, 2026 to participate in recognition during the event. Registrations made after this date may not receive registration materials or be guaranteed recognition.

TICKET TECHNICAL SUPPORT

How do I get a refund?
Click here to view or modify an existing registration. Refunds are processed manually. If you have not received a refund and you cancelled your registration before December 31, 2026 please email events@amare.com.

Why can’t I register someone else? It says I am already registered.
Please make sure you aren’t using the same email to register two people. It is one per email.

How can I confirm that my ticket purchase was successful?
You will receive a confirmation email. Please check all email folders, including Spam and Promotions.

When will the agenda be published?
The agenda is subject to change. Please click here for the most updated agenda. 

What time zone are the times on the agenda?
We base it on the host city; this year, it will be Central Standard Time.

What is the dress code?
Business casual—bring a jacket. For themed parties, see the agenda for dress suggestions.

Will there be translation available? 
Interpretation languages can be requested during registration but are not guaranteed. The language translations provided will be determined by the number of people who have requested interpretation via registration by December 31, 2026.

LOCATION & ACCOMMODATIONS

What airport should I fly into?
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL).

Will there be a special room rate or booking link for attendees?
Amare has secured a room block with a set price, please click here to reserve your room in our block. Rooms are subject to availability and must be booked no later than February 10, 2027.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and any off-site events?
All main convention activities will be hosted on‑site or within close walking distance, so transportation will not be necessary for most attendees.
